Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using the rsync.ai website, joining the waitlist, or running the source-available rsync.ai project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Source-available software
The rsync.ai codebase is distributed under its repository's source-available license. That license — not this page — governs your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software. Refer to the GitHub repository for the authoritative license text.
No warranty
The website and the source-available software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. rsync.ai is not liable for data loss, downtime, or other damages arising from your use of the software or this site. You are responsible for backups, credentials, and the operation of any infrastructure you connect.
Acceptable use
Don't use rsync.ai to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or move data you don't have permission to move. We may decline to provide support or hosted services if we believe use violates these terms.
Changes
These terms may change as the project matures. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
