Overview

rsync.ai Cloud is a managed data pipeline platform (source-available self-hosting under the Elastic License 2.0 arrives soon). For Cloud, your source/destination credentials and synced data are processed by the hosted service under our security safeguards; when self-hosting ships, that data will stay inside the infrastructure you operate.

What this website collects

The marketing site at rsync.ai collects only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and operate the waitlist: email address and any optional message you choose to send. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Self-hosted product

When you run rsync.ai on your own infrastructure, source database credentials, MCP connector configs, and synced data stay inside your network. We have no access to them unless you explicitly share logs or telemetry with us during a support conversation.

Cookies and analytics

By default we set no analytics cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance — with Google’s advertising and cross-site personalization signals switched off. You can decline, or change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
